So relieved to find there are others out there, who, like me are fed up with ebay. I worked hard to be a good honest seller, and for what? a company who ONLY supports the buyers [ who they make no money from] and the sellers [ who they make their money from], are left to the unscrupulous buyers mercies.
The feedback system is a joke, and some buyers threaten you with neg feedback, just to try to get the items for free.
While the majority of buyers are great, the lack of support from ebay for their sellers is non existant. I've had enough. It's to uneven a playing field for me, Will be trying some of the other options listed in this report. 1 comment, (321 reads) All Articles by, spooky40

I'm also a buyer and a Seller BUT I don't believe in buyers is always write…NO NO NO…
Some buyer like to play and take advantage…Thats happen a lot on ebay…And happen to ME once…I sold a SP console and I send it with delivery confirmation and insurance to protect my self the buyer paid for the service…I alsways keep a coppy of the on line postage because Is my evidence…So this new member open a dispute as a item not received, My big help also was I use paypal shipping service as a postage and I open a claim with paypal regarding this situation I already have evidence that buyer received the item because I search on usps the insurance code bar….
SO I copy and paste what paypal email to me comfirming that buyer was received the item tiem date and a copy of there signature…eBay write me saying that my accoun will be suspended if I do not send the money back to the buyer but then I decide to send the paypal letter and the end of the dispute the buyer was ban from ebay..
