I notified ebay and told them that I no longer wanted them to withdraw funds from my paypal account on June 15, 2009. Weeks had passed and eBay went ahead and made unauthorized withdraws from my account after that point anyway. Since the funds wasn't in the paypal account, Paypal attempted 3-4 times to make unauthorized withdraws from my bank account(This is after having notified paypal that I didn't authorize ebay to make withdraws from my account) Since my bank refused to turn the funds over to Paypal - Paypal has froze all my online assets and is acting as a collection service for ebay. Now I can't even use my paypal business account for off-ebay-business because the combination of paypal/ebay working together as one, Has obviously gave ebay the right to act as bill collector/judge/jury and garnish and suspend accounts without a court order and without peoples knowledge, consent or approval. I have filed a complaint with the FBI internet division, BBB silicon and FTC and working of filing tons more. I highly recommend anyone having similar problems such as this to file a complaint with the FBI, as it is illegal to garnish and freeze assets without having a court order to do so. It is evident now as to why ebay obtained paypal. Having both, eBay can act make their own laws, take money, garnish money, suspend banking entity's without court orders all without the business owners consent or approval and without any way to dispute the claims or the charges as required by federal law. 0 comments, (112 reads) All Articles by, mrpen
